Returns and Refunds

You may return your purchased scanner within 30 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The scanner must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
  • The scanner must not show signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page at https://jiscscanners.com/pages/contact to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged scanner, please visit our Contact page at https://jiscscanners.com/pages/contact within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your scanner for a different model, please visit our Contact page at https://jiscscanners.com/pages/contact to check the availability of the desired item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any difference in price between the original and the new scanner.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 14 business days from the date of approval, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Accessories

We also offer accessories such as calibration sheets, cleaning sheets, and USB cables for purchase or as add-ons. If you wish to return an accessory, the same conditions apply as for scanners: the accessory must be in its original condition, with all packaging, and show no signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
