ScanShell 800NR — Compact ID Card Scanner

ScanShell 800NR card scanning

The ScanShell 800NR is a compact scanner for capturing images of supported ID cards. Image capture and OCR text extraction are different functions; software and application compatibility must be checked for your workflow.

Drivers and calibration

For an existing scanner, visit ScanShell 800NR drivers and calibration resources. Match the model on your scanner label and your operating system before installing a driver. A driver does not include an OCR application or establish compatibility with every scanning program.

Replacing an 800NR?

Ask JISC Scanners about availability or replacement options. Tell us your current scanner, Windows version, scanning application and document types so we can help compare suitable options.
